Changing the sale of hams and Christmas bags from the Agricultural Marketing Institute (IMA) in the country’s supermarket chains will be subject to a survey that the entity will conduct among consumers. The public consultation seeks to measure whether the population prefers to maintain the traditional format of the “Christmas Fairs” in the neighborhoods or migrate towards the shelves of private stores.
