Panama and Costa Rica have opened a dialogue to resolve trade differences between the two countries, mainly in the agri-food sector, and avoid a large-scale diplomatic conflict. The Minister of Commerce and Industries, Julio Moltó, stated that trade negotiations are open under the premise of respecting equal conditions and benefiting agricultural producers.
