Extended credit

PANAMA’S Minister of Agricultural Development Oscar Osorio has authorized the payment of an outstanding $66,000 bill to Cable & Wireless Panama for unpaid cell phone calls, some dating back  10 years.

The debt covers the period from 2003 until 2012.

Osorio said the bill could not be paid previously due to budget constraints reports La Prensa.
