Artificial Intelligence Drives the Transformation of the Insurance Sector

One of the central themes addressed during the visit was the technological transformation that the company is driving globally.  Huertas highlighted that artificial intelligence (AI) has become a strategic tool for optimizing processes, improving customer service, and developing more personalized products.  The president of Mapfre explained that the organization maintains a global approach based on the responsible and safe use of artificial intelligence, always under human supervision and aligned with the insurer’s corporate principles.  The company believes that AI will expand access to protection solutions, improve the customer experience, and respond more accurately to new market demands.
