To Confront Transnational Threats Naval Forces from 17 Nations are in Panama
After more than 60 years, the country is once again hosting a historic forum where strategic actions are coordinated. Panama is hosting the XXXII Inter-American Naval Conference 2026.
Commanders and high-ranking representatives of navies and marines from 17 countries in the Americas and two invited nations are in Panama, where they are participating in the XXXII Inter-American Naval Conference 2026, the National Aeronaval Service (SENAN) reported this Thursday. Among the participating nations, in addition to Panama, are Peru, El Salvador, Brazil, Chile, Canada, Guatemala, the Netherlands, Mexico, and the United States.
