$64 million low income housing development

AN ENVIRONMENTAL  IMPACT (EIA) study has been submitted for a $64 million  construction in the east of Panama City  of 1,656 homes  for low income families. The complex  will take up  over  54 hectares

The promoter of the project, ., detailed in the (EIA) submitted to the National Environmental Authority that the development called “Residencial Santa Sofia” will be built in Pacora.

The  housing development project is for low-income families who do not see their needs met in government housing projects.

The location is in a high growth sector that is destined to become a new pole of development, extensive to the Tocumen node and influenced directly and indirectly with the large scale works that are occurring in the sector.
