American retiree falls 45 floors in Bella Vista
AN AMERICAN RETIREE who was a familiar figure on Avenida Balboa where he walked his pet pitbull every day, fell to his death from the 45th floor of the Sky apartment building at noon on Monday, October 30. He landed on the roof of a parked car.
The Public Ministry is investigating to determine if the man, who lived alone and was believed to be between 60 and 70 years of age, committed suicide. Last year a woman jumped from the 32nd floor of the adjoining Yacht Club apartment complex
