The report outlines the main progress achieved during 2025, the result of an analysis aligned with the 2022-2025 Strategic Map and based on international standards such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) guidelines. Among the most significant milestones is the evolution of the Institutional Social Responsibility Management to the Sustainability Management, strengthening sustainability as a cross-cutting principle of institutional management.

“More than just reporting results, we seek to strengthen an institutional culture based on responsibility, transparency, and the generation of sustainable value. This approach allows us to integrate environmental, social, and governance criteria into our decision-making,” highlighted Cindy González, Executive Manager of Corporate Governance at Caja de Ahorros.

At the close of 2025, Caja de Ahorros recorded assets of $6,911 million, a growth of 4.6% compared to the previous year, while liabilities reached $6,486 million, reflecting the confidence of its clients and the strengthening of its credit activity and investments.  In the environmental and social sphere, the institution made progress in energy efficiency, circular economy, and reforestation initiatives, in addition to strengthening its corporate volunteer program, Somos CA, which has a presence in every province of the country. Furthermore, the Zambo School Gardens program, with 26 years of experience, has benefited 300 schools and more than 38,800 students.
