The Interim Rectorship of Unachi is Assumed by Pedro González Following the Departure of Medianero de Bonagas
The General University Council of Unachi appointed Pedro González as interim rector, while Pedro Caballero assumed the Academic Vice-Rectorate.
The departure of Etelvina Medianero de Bonagas from the rectorship of the Autonomous University of Chiriquí (Unachi) opened the way this Monday, June 8, to a new command structure within the higher education institution. Before being appointed interim rector, González served as vice-rector of Research and Postgraduate Studies, a position from which he coordinated the university’s academic and scientific projects. He was also considered one of Medianero de Bonagas’s closest collaborators.
