Digital License 2026: What You Should Know

Before starting the process, it is important to know the guidelines established by the authorities:
- Complementary, not a substitute: The digital license does not replace the physical card; the latter will continue to be mandatory.
- Affordable cost: The value of the digital document is estimated to range between $6.00 and $8.00.
- Online procedure: The application will be enabled soon through the official web portal provided by the ATTT.
- Validity: The digital document will have the same validity period as the user’s physical license.
Although the exact date for the start of applications has not yet been confirmed, an official statement from the ATTT is expected in the coming weeks.
