Nine members of police band have covid-19

Sources from the Ministry of Public Security have confirmed that nine members of the National Police Band have contracted the covid-19 virus, down from the 40 originally reported.

The band of the National Police is made up of at least 100 agents of the entity.

It was reported that all members of the band underwent swab tests and nine were infected with the coronavirus.

They added – without specifying the exact amount – that several of the agents have even returned to their work within the institution.

According to reports, the contagion of the band agents could have occurred during the festivities of the national holidays.
