Former Miss Panama knocks transgender ruling

The decision of the Miss Panama Organization to allow the registrations of transgender people has been attacked by Cilinia Prada, Miss Panama 1984 who argues that it is a serious matter that involves even dependence on drugs.

“Let’s see Panama. Are you going to let yourself be represented by people who have an identity outside of objective biological reality? There are 2 genres; Man and woman. Transgender identity is ridiculous, ” the former beauty queen told Mi Diario.
