Rain adds to Monday traffic woes

With more than 55,000 vehicles heading back to Panama, on Monday November 4  heavy rain and multiple car accidents caused chaos for drivers.after  the long weekend.

In the capital, the Caimitillo river overflowed creating problems on the road to the Centenario bridge.the Civil Protection System (Sinaproc) and the National Police have recommended drivers  not to move to the city or to the west until waters recede.
