MINSA Awards a Multi-Million Dollar Contract to the Company Formerly Owned by Minister Boyd
Fernando Boyd Galindo pictured below has been Minister of Health since July 1, 2024. He resigned from his positions at Bio Materiales, SA two weeks before taking office.
Perhaps it was a slip of the tongue, a betrayal born of carelessness, or a simple mistake.
It happened days ago, when the Minister of Health, Fernando Boyd Galindo, declared to the media his supposed distancing himself from Bio Materiales, SA, a supplier to the Ministry of Health (Minsa), which has been receiving the minister’s attention, as well as numerous contracts, some awarded without competitive bidding.
