After Cancellation of Meeting with Comptroller Flores, Vamos Demands Immediate Payment to Panama Officials

Comptroller Anel Flores canceled the meeting convened with the deputies of the independent Vamos bloc, the president of the National Assembly, Jorge Herrera, and the heads of the other legislative blocs.  The meeting was cancelled without prior notice and without official explanation, which led Vamos to issue a statement demanding “the immediate correction of the employment status” of the affected officials and announcing that it will resort to all available legal and institutional means.
