Ali Zaki Hagel Jalil Gives Testimony in Panama: Alas Chiricanas Case
Colombian-Venezuelan Ali Zaki Hage Jalil was extradited from Venezuela under heavy security.
Ali Zaki Hagel Jalil, detained for his alleged involvement in the attack on the Alas Chiricanas plane in which 21 people died in 1994 in Panama, was taken Monday, April 27, to the headquarters of the Superior Prosecutor’s Office to give a statement. Due to the profile of the detainee, who is linked to the terrorist group Hezbollah, he was moved under a strong police operation involving special forces units.
