Chiquitita Verano Contest on March 23
Six girls are all who remain as the final contestants in the “Chiquitita Verano” contest to highlight the talents and skills of the younger set. Brithany Forbes (Rufina Alfaro), Dasharis Rengifo (Portobelo), Nayhelis Benitez (December 24), Melek Melten Yau (José Domingo Espinar), Alexa Bredwood (Chilibre) and Daniela Peralta (Alcalde Díaz) are the girls who will seek to win the crown and be the representative of Chiquititas Models Academy in all its events for the year. The grand final will be on March 23rd at the Inida Theater. The judges made up of a panel of experts and people who work in the media, will be in charge of choosing the queen and her princesses. The contest has girls from 5 to 12 years old from different towns in the country of Panama, who were chosen through a “casting” held more than a month ago. The girls are in training for projection, catwalk, photography and dances.
