Island prison for dangerous offenders under discussion

The Human Rights Commission of the National Assembly is set to discuss the building of an island prison for dangerous offenders, men and women who have been convicted of serious crimes. 
The initiative seeks to establish a clear distinction and classification among the prisoners considered "dangerous" and people awaiting sentencing.  It will be considered after carnival which runs through Tuesday February16,
