Up, Up, and Away

Panama’s well traveled president , Ricardo Martinelli,  whose frequent trips in the new presidential jet   have become the butt of commentary and cartoons, returned to Panama on Tuesday from Mexico. 
But he will be off again on Saturday.

His next trip will be to Israel and he will return in early March. Before he goes he will attend a cabinet meeting and deal with the appointment of three new directors to the board of the Panama Canal Authority.
