Another three die in second trans Panama crash

Hours after 16 people were killed in an accident on the trans Panama  highway in Santiago another three died on the  near the community of  Bisvalles in the  La Mesa district of, Veraguas

Both incidents were multi vehicle and  in both an articulated truck. was involved.
The second accident, which also injured three people, happened in late evening when a heavy truck carrying fruit and vegetables collided with a pickup and then lost control and hit another truck carrying bananas to Santiago.
The earlier accident killed thirteen and seriously injured 15.
 Captain Mario Rosario, head of of transit operations in Veraguas, described as alarming the fact that in one day there had been 16 deaths in accidents where the vehicles involved were articulated.
