Out and About with

Dra Lourdes Quijada

Everyone loves a wedding, and a royal wedding with a fairy tale backdrop gets even more attention.

While the wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton is not quite the Prince and the Pauper,  it has a special flavor as the bride to be is descended from working class grandparents, which will add some additional flavor to the street parties that will be taking place all over Britain on April 29. {jathumbnail off}

And the most talked about wedding of the year, that will be watched around the will not go unnoticed in Panama and for all those who got left off the invitation list to Westminster Abbey, or whose invite got lost in the mail there's still a chance to participate.
