FIFA president heading to Panama

FIFA president Sepp Blatter, will be in Panama for the Concacaf U17 Championship final on Friday April 19.
The tournament will give four berths for the U17 World Cup  in the UAE later this year.

It will be his last stop of a six day trip to Haiti Cuba the Dominican Republic and Panama. While here Blatter will attend the XXVIII Ordinary Congress of CONCACAF,
