Coronado investigation in hands of MEF

PANAMA’S Supreme Court reported on Wednesday April 24 that it would  not admit the last protection of constitutional guarantees presented by the company Coronado Golf Development, whose legal representative is I. Roberto Eisenmann.

The decision not to admit the case under cover of constitutional guarantees was by six votes in favor and three against.

The case is now with the General Revenue Department of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF).
