Energy crisis measures relaxed

ENERGY SAVING measures have been relaxed says Panama's Minister of the Presidency Roberto Henríquez.

Malls and retailers can expand their use of air conditioners, and public offices will expand their schedules from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. starting Thursday May 16
