Nationwide weather alert

THE NATIONAL civil protection System (SINAPROC), issued a nationwide weather alert Saturday evening. August 10.

Through the agency’s Twitter, citizens are encouraged to avoid outdoor activities and to stay away from trees.

Heavy rains and electrical storms led to flooding in Curundu Saturday afternoon and on Cuba Avenue trees were brought down affecting power lines betweem calles 35 and 36 and two cars were damaged.
