Cable Onda executive named as assasination victim

THE VICTIM of shooting by a motor cycle assassin on Thursday , November 21 has been identified as Ariel Tuñón, senior operations manager of the Cable Onda Company.

He died yesterday of multiple gunshot wounds when leaving a restaurant on Via Fernández de Córdoba, accompanied by two people, who were unharmed.

The killing, in broad daylight,  was carried out by two men on a motorcycle.
According to eyewitnesses, the attackers took at least 14 shots at the car carrying Tuñón, then left the scene at speed.
Police immediately mounted search operations in the area of Pueblo Nuevo and San Miguelito, in search of the killers.
