Uruguay born Viñoly has over 40 years of industry experience, and has received numerous accolades from around the world, and his firm’s portfolio includes critically acclaimed projects in The United States, the UK, Holland and Japan.

The KSI Global Mentor Workshops have been conceived to bring world-class minds and role-models within reach of the KSI family and local community, says a school press release.

Each KSI Mentor Workshop will see the mentor lead student workshop sessions followed by a community connection, an early evening event at which the mentor will give a talk to students, KSI guests and fellow experts in the mentor’s field.
Said Wendy McArthur, Director of KSI Panama: “KSI Panama is delighted to host such a prestigious and inspirational role-model as Rafael Viñoly. Our community of learners can see the first-hand influence professionals from Latin America can have globally and be encouraged to achieve their own potential”.

Knightsbridge Schools International plans to have at least two Global Mentor Workshops at each KSI school annually.
The event in Panama City will take place on Tuesday February 18 at KSI in Panama Pacifico. It will be followed with a similar event at KSI, Bogota, the next day
