Panamas OAS initiative gets only two supporters
ONLY PANAMA, The United States and Canada voted against an OAS, joint statement expressing solidarity with Venezuela, and calling for continued dialogue and regretting deaths in the current crisis.

Meanwhile the Panama and Venezuela leaders continued to trade insults. Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro accused President Ricardo Martinelli of charging employers in the Colon Free Zone (CFZ ) 20% of invoices paid by Venezuela , to "finance his domestic electoral campaign."

On Friday the Venezuelan economic vice president, Rafael Ramirez, said the supply of foreign exchange to residents in the country, traveling to Panama was suspended.
The dispute between the two countries was triggered by a failed proposal Panama to summon the foreign ministers of the Organization of American States (OAS ) to address the crisis in Venezuela .
