‘Best’ low-cost airline has new CEO, expansion plans
Wingo airline listed for the second consecutive year as the best low-cost airline in Latin America, according to KAYAK travelers, has named Carolina Cortizo Colón as the new CEO who will head major expansion plans in 2020

Carolina Cortizo Colón, daughter President Lorentio Cortizo, is an industrial and systems engineer from Virginia Tech and has a Master of Science in Systems Engineering Administration from the same university.
