$10,000 reward for McDonald’s murder capture

A $10,000 REWARD  is being offered  for the capture of those linked to the murder of a McDonald’s employee who was shot and killed while on duty on Oct. 28

Astrid Lopez 25, was working at the outlet located at the entrance of El Parador, Pedregal, when robbers entered.

She attempted to flee into the kitchen, but was chased and shot in the head.

The assailants got away with $300 and two cell phones, stolen from customers.

The reward was announced following social media criticismnoting that a $20,000 reward was offered to trace the hit and run driver of a vehicle that killed a cyclist belonging to a well to do family, but nothing was offered for the death of a low income a single working  mother.

National Police chief, Omar Pinzon, made the announcement and said
“We already have pointers to those involved  in this crime,”.
He said  he  will ask the Ministry to  published photographs, . of those involved.

Pinzón said the organization “has no distinction of race or social class.”
