OFF THE CUFF: Reform commission extends work load

PANAMA’S National Commission for Electoral Reforms announced that it will meet for an extra three days during December.

The meetings will last for two hours a day to finish the discussion of the reforms before year end.

The measure, for the extra “work load” was presented by Commission Chairman Judge Heriberto Araúz Sánchez and approved by a majority on Friday..

The commissioners will meet on December  14, 21 and 28 to address all the issues that have not been previously discussed. Will they be paid overtime?
