Panama storm warning

A STORM WARNING  including  sustained strong winds  and heavy rains for many regions of Panama was issued on Friday afternoon, October 7 by  the information service of the Ministry of Government.

The alert  covered  maritime sectors Panamanian Caribbean and Pacific include the provinces of Bocas del Toro, Chiriqui, Colon, Veraguas, Cocle, Panama Oeste, Panama and Darien.

Also included are   the Ngäbe Bugle and Guna Yalaregions,

The public  is advised  to follow the rules of the authorities and rescue workers in general, under conditions of strong wind gusts or sustained high winds, and to remain in secure locations that are not prone to landslides, flying  objects and fallen trees.
