LESS THAN two weeks after Air Panama announced that it has been granted permits to fly fly to Cali and Cartagena, Colombia. Wingo, the new low cost airline venture of Copa Holdings announced the opening of a new route from the Panama Pacifico airport in Panama City to the historic Cartagena.
