300 corridor users hit with fines in October

 

With user debt standing at over $3 million The National Highway Company (ENA) , and the Transportation Authority handed out more than 300 tickets in the North, South and East corridors during October.

An ENA report revealed  that 60% of the sanctioned drivers circulated without a balance, and the remaining 40% presented irregularities such as: cars without license plates, without insurance coverage and others with expired licenses..

The institution also confirmed that the users’ debt currently amounts to more than $3 million generated by less than 5% of the 550,000 highway users.
