A Training Program for Women from the Freedom Plan and Café Presidente Arrives in New York.

The Café Presidente program, a resocialization and job reintegration initiative linked to the Libertad Plan, took a new step in New York with the start of a collaboration with Arcane Estate Coffee, a Manhattan establishment specializing in Panamanian coffee.  The President of the Republic, José Raúl Mulino, the First Lady Maricel Cohen de Mulino and the Minister of Government, Dinoska Montalvo, participated in the start of the collaboration and training program during the agenda developed by the Panamanian delegation in New York.  The activity had been previously included in the president’s official agenda during his trip for the high-level week of the United Nations General Assembly.
