An AI-Based Autonomous Warfighting Force for Latin America is to be Created by the US Army in Panama
The United States Southern Command will create an artificial intelligence-based force to combat drug trafficking and address crises in the region.
The United States Army on Tuesday ordered the creation of an autonomous, artificial intelligence-based warfighting force that will support the work of the U.S. Southern Command (Southcom) in Central America, South America and the Caribbean, to dismantle narco-terrorist networks and achieve other objectives.
