Nearly a Ton of Drugs Bound for Peru was Intercepted in Panama

A total of 999 packages of a suspected illicit substance in a container, were seized by the Public Ministry, through the Drug Prosecutor’s Office, in conjunction with the National Aeronaval Service (Senan), during an operation carried out in a Pacific port.

Authorities indicated that the case remains under investigation to determine the origin of the substance and any possible perpetrators.
