The Panamanian Baseball Federation (FEDEBEIS) confirmed that the first official games of the 82nd National Major Baseball Championship will be played on April 5 and 6 at the brand new Mariano Rivera Stadium, located in La Chorrera. After an investment of approximately $45 million, this baseball giant will open its doors to the public, marking a milestone in the national sport.
Opening Game Schedule
FEDEBEIS President Jaime Robinson detailed the game schedule:
- Friday, April 5 (7:00 pm): Colón vs. Panama Oeste
- Saturday, April 6 (7:00 pm): Darien vs. Panama West
“It’s official. We’ll have two ball games at the Mariano Rivera Stadium. Coordination has been made with Pandeportes and everything is ready to welcome the public,” Robinson said enthusiastically.

With capacity for 10,000 spectators, the venue offers:
