In a document signed by Edwin Juárez Duarte, Senior Anti-Corruption Prosecutor of the Attorney General’s Office, it is detailed that the dismissal in favor of Berrocal is for the case of a consulting contract signed between Senacyt and the company Inversiones Carmanace SA.
Among the officials also released in this case are: Alexander Alfredo Hernández Valenzuela, National Deputy Director of Administration and Finance; Diego Villanueva Martinelli, Director of Administration and Finance of SENACYT; Laura Rebeca Echeverry Abad, Project Coordinator of the Superior Office and María Luisa Montenegro de Gracia, Project Evaluator.
