Clave system reports intermittent problems
Both Banco General and Telered reported on the afternoon of Friday, December 10, that the Clave ATM system presents “intermittent transactions”.
According to the companies, the drawbacks occur at the ATMs and at the points of sale. They did not clarify if the problem is only in the metropolitan area or includes the interior of the country.
Telered reported that its staff is working on solving the technical problem and said that the system will be gradually restored.
