“As in previous years, His Majesty will attend” the ceremony from the balcony of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the statement explained.
The queen’s hospitalization was the first since 2013 and was due to the need to perform some “tests”, without giving more details about her condition, which fueled comments about the lack of transparency regarding the health of the queen. sovereign.
Elizabeth II also canceled her participation in COP 26, the world climate conference, which is being held in Glasgow, Scotland.
