One of 10 ‘most wanted’ copped with fake ID

Manuel Antonio Domínguez Walker, a.k.a.“El Gallero”   one of Panama’s most wanted criminals was captured on  Tuesday, September, 14 after producing a fake driving license and personal ID card.

He will be brought before a Judge of Guarantees charged with document forgery.

 Domínguez Walker, who had an outstanding arrest warrant for his alleged involvement in a group dedicated to drug trafficking, was, in Altos de Panamá, Condado del Rey.

The “Gallero” became one of the 10 most wanted in the country, with a conviction for money laundering and against collective security
