Giant duck gets interational attention

Long Boi a giant duck who roams the campus of York University in Toronto, Ontario has become an international celebrity after someone posted a photo on Twitter and two biology students opened an Instagram page for the bird. Long Boi lives free range on the campus, with all the other waterfowl. The university has a dedicated grounds team that makes sure that all the ducks and geese are healthy and well-fed.

“ We have a big student population that likes to feed the birds … Our campus shop even stocks birdseed. We really do love our ducks here at York,” said a founder of the Instagram page.
