Pickup driver who killed three behind bars
The driver of a speeding pickup that killed three people waiting for a bus in Villa Lorena on Saturday morning October 12 is in preventive detention charged with wrongful death
Ricardo Valdez Delgado appeared before a judge on Sunday and will remain behind bars for six months while the Public Ministry investigates.
A video circulating on social media shows the pickup traveling in heavy rain before it hit a sedan and then plowed into the bus stop.
One woman died at the site and two other people died on the way to the medical centers where they were taken by staff of the Single Emergency Management Service (SUME-911)
