Floods in Panama City
Torrential rains in Panama on Sunday afternoon, June 10, caused flash flooding and disrupted traffic in several districts of the capital city.
The National Civil Protection System (Sinaproc) reported floods on the Main Street of the San Antonio neighborhood, district of San Miguelito where several residences have been affected.
Users of social networks announced that Juan Díaz, Campo Lindbergh, Ciudad Radial, Las Acacias Bella Vista and Brisas del Golf have also suffered floods. In Bella Vista, parts of the RibaSmith store were flooded.
As the rain continued, Via Espana, Ricardo J. Alfaro, Domingo Díaz, Ave Balboa at Parque Urracá and the Frangipani were also under water.
