ATMs failure on Panama pay day

A MASSIVE technical failure put  Panama’s 1,914 ATM’s out of action for two hours on Thursday, Dec.15. pay day for scores of thousands of Panamanian workers.

The breakdown came at 1.15 pm during the lunch break.
