Storms suspend flights from Albrook

STORMS  over Panama city led to the suspension of flights at the Marcos. A. Gelabert Airport in Albrook.

Spokesmen for the Civil Aviation Authority reported that flights would  resume when weather conditions improved, but a storm warning remained in effect throughout the day.

Floods
The civil defense agency, Sinaproc, said that flooding has been reported in a number of areas in Panama City, including Calle 50.

Trees were also reported down in Pedregal.
