Former garbage boss facing four charges

UNIFORMS costing more than $450,000 for garbage truck workers, we paid for and never delivered according to  Public Ministry prosecutors.

The transfer of the money was rubber stamped by the Martinelli era  comptroller (deceased) and now Enrique Ho Fernandez, a former administrator of the garbage authority AAUD is facing  the reckoning.

On Oct. 5, 2015, AAUD Director Eladio Guardia filed  four complaints with prosecutors against Ho for offenses against public administration.

The complaints are related to alleged irregularities and cost overruns in the purchase of uniforms, vehicle parts and other contractual issues.
