Child swept away in city flood

CIVIL DEFENCE (Sinaproc) staff,  police, firefighters and officers from Panama’s border security force (Senan )joined in the search  for  a child swept away by flash floods in Pan de Azucar, San Miguelito on  Sunday, September 10.

Preliminary reports from Sinaproc said the child was under five years of age
