THE VALUE of the patrol boats donated to Panama by Italy as part of a controversial sales deal was $300 million according to ex-president Ricardo Martinelli.
Some are unseaworthy and, according to documents obtained by TVN-2, the value of the six vessels never even totaled $23 million.
